Seventeen Ninety Partners is a professional services firm providing consulting across freight, logistics, supply chain, SaaS, and AI, including technology strategy, revenue operations, M&A advisory, fractional leadership, and AI automation. The Site is informational only and is intended to describe our firm and our capabilities.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, a proposal, or a binding commitment of any kind, and nothing on the Site creates a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Seventeen Ninety Partners. Any engagement of our services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out the applicable scope, deliverables, fees, and terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

We make no guarantee or warranty regarding any particular result, outcome, return, or benefit from our services or from any information presented on the Site. Any examples, case descriptions, metrics, or projections shown on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee comparable results.

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Site that belong to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our discretion. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above and post the revised Terms on the Site. Material changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted.
